1.5 years and 1.1k later and cersei and i could not be happier. we have made some fantastic friends ( and she has made some fantastic enemies as well ) and found ourselves in some wild situations and learned a lot about ourselves on the way. from the queen and i, thank you. we love you forever and ever and ever.
She sat at the desk in the parlor, staring at the blank page with pen in hand. She hadn’t any idea how much time had passed since she sat down to write him, but it felt entirely too long; it wasn’t as if she didn’t know what she wanted to say, but getting the words out in the correct way proved to be more DIFFICULT than she could have ever imagined. She wasn’t even sure his feelings remained the same as they did the past spring. – but she had to try to redeem any chance of love that she might have, for she knew in her heart that she loved him dearly.
I don’t often do these follow forever/bias list things, mostly because I treasure each and EVERY one of you, but seeing as I’ve surpassed a milestone and it is the NEW YEAR, I decided I’d give it a go. I am truly so very, VERY honored to be able to share my smol angry pirate with 800 ( ?? ) people around the GLOBE. In a world where The Price of Freedom is far more removed from common knowledge than it really ought to be, it leaves me SPEECHLESS that countless writers have remarked positively on my portrayal, writers that I truly admire for every aspect of their character, both the one they write and the one they ARE. I’ve made so many friends here, friends I really could not DO WITHOUT. Thank you, for putting up with my constant nonsense && 3 am sass, and my rants on skype over a supporting character in a book most people have never heard of. I have LOVED writing with you all, those of you who have been here since day one and those of you who followed me yesterday. 2015 was GREAT, here’s to another lovely year!
This means so much to me how you’ve all embraced my little Priscilla and watched her grow! You’ve given her so much love and have all played a big role how she’s developing; and especially since my last milestone, I’m verklempt how things have gotten more awesome than I even imagined!

With my blog’s 1st anniversary just a month away, I get a little teary eyed reflecting how many amazing memories have made this lovely garden and how it’s like, things are just getting warmed up! Elizabeth bit her lip, eyes locked on the pained expression worn on Mr. Darcy’s face. Was it his own emotions that lead him to hardly stand himself – was it how he thought she despised him? Because OH, how wrong he would be! Words failed Elizabeth, perhaps for the first time in her life. Second chances were suddenly a beautiful thing.
Her eyes dropped down, a nervous breath leaving her lips as she reached out to close the careful distance he had left between them. Her hand wound with his, thin fingers threading through his digits. His hands were ROUGHER than they appeared, but Elizabeth so much wanted hers to belong in them. Their skin appeared the same shade in the harsh sunlight; her eyes continued to watch their hands ( his skin so cold! ) as she lead his hand to her lips. She could not look at his face to see the expression there; she was far too nervous. Her nerves were unnecessary, for she knew he would not reject her as she had done to him. And then, they were suddenly gone and in their place an undeniable sense of JOY && LOVE – a love like she had never felt before, like she had found something she didn’t know she was looking for.
“You are more to me, Mr. Darcy, than I could have ever dreamt for,” Elizabeth answered, eyes flashing again to her love’s face.

At the first glimpse of dawn, he is out of bed and calling for Thomas to help him dress and ready for the day. his tea is served steaming and with cream only, the handful of biscuits left untouched as he plans out his day ( but it is almost always the same ). first, he heads out to the stables for his early morning ride. erasmus, his trusty stead, is prepped and ready, and he pats the stable boy, ceril, on the head gratefully before climbing up. and off he goes.
when he returns, he finds that his sister is tending to her correspondence in her sitting room, so he retires to his own to do the same. when a health issue arises with one of the older butlers and Thomas comes running, he leaps into action. swift orders to call for the doctor are given as he crosses in long strides to attend to the member of his staff.
lunch is missed, much to the chagrin of his cook and Thomas, but he keeps to his butler, Percy's, side. and, finally, when the doctor has cleared his patient and leaves, the master of the house rises and retires to his sitting room to work on the finances.
when dinner finally rolls around, it is his sister who fetches him and he cannot deny her if he tried. and, full, they go to the drawing room and georgiana plays half a dozen pieces for the staff and her brother. their applause is loud and given without hesitance. and he thinks, as he ushers everyone to bed after, that he could not be more blessed. tomorrow must be just as grand.
2005 FILM & BOOK INSPIRED. This verse revolves around both the book and 2005 film. Mr. Darcy will recognize all canon characters. He may or may not be in love with Elizabeth Bennet, dependent on the thread.
PRE-CANON. This verse will take place prior to the book and the films. All interactions with Darcy can take place when he is any age before 28. Please note that while his father is alive, he is not "Mr. Darcy", but "Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy" or simply "Mr. Fitzwilliam".
POST-CANON. Takes place any time following Darcy's start at courting Miss Elizabeth Bennet. Any interactions in this verse will be purely platonic unless with an Elizabeth muse.
